Amish Market

Hell's Kitchen. 9th Ave between W 48th-49th. It's the best grocery store, more like grocery boutique, I've ever been to. I could go broke in there! Maybe I will since I'm there near daily. Not Amish at all; it's just a moniker to evoke old-timey, home baked goodness and the gourmet country decor. I'm a sucker for interiors and architecture! Their patisserie, salad bar, and deli is pure quality. The rest of the store is grocery aisles of fine foods. In LA, I'd compare it to Bristol Farms, but not quite as expensive.
