I don't think this one has been heavily photoshopped, for two reasons:

1. The sickly color of her skin hasn't been corrected.

2. Note the white "halo" all around her body from some schlup trying to "cut out" the background she was photographed against and pasting her image in front of those oh-so-stylish horizontal blinds.

Taylor, whatever you're giving them, it's too much. This is the work of a rank amateur. A high school kid could do better than that. I could do better than that, and I have no graphic experience outside of being an ex SomethingAwful forum goon.
