Not always. Usually it is, but many times I've been with women, and by the time they're coming, it's like a water faucet, and it's splashing with every thrust, and when a woman's "cum" gets to that point, it's got a very watery consistency. And this girl I was with who squirted when she came had a similar, watery consistency. So I'll cop that usually vaginal secretions, or "girlcum," has a fairly thick constistency, in my experience, if a woman get super wet when she's really aroused or about to cum, it get far thinner and watery.
