This is the guy in question. I think these photos came from the perp's FB page, but not sure. A local lead sent them to me months ago (for whatever reason?), and I figured they'd make for a great future comedy target for y'all here at XPT. Whoever sends this stuff to me is completely unknown, but they tell me they're from the greater Fort Wayne area.
