When i was in my early teens , you'd see bums (or guys on the cusp of bumhood drinking in shitty bars, wandering downtown) with greaser pomps and smokes rolled up in their sleeves etc. It was because that was the look they had when they were cool and never wanted to grow up, now you see middle aged bums that look like punk rockers. Rob Rotten captures that look perfectly.
