The AIDS foundation guys seem to believe that it was already law before this rule, that it just wasn't adhered to. Anyway, if the porn people actually get a new rubbery cast member, the old logic thing about BJs and facials without it should come up again. At least if anyone in porn cares about logic. Doubtful.
