I really don't buy the "liberal media" argument when half the Dems I know are calling for Obama's head over those same issues. But that's neither here nor there, since they're US citizens and have standing to bitch, misguided though they may be. It's not like they're, say, some Canukistani who wore out his welcome here and is bitter about it.
Dems are far different from ideologically driven leftists. Just like Repubs are a different cat from ideologue conservatives. The fact is that most MSM movers and shakers are leftist ideologues. They may not be happy with the Chosen One, but what alternative do they have? So they dump on him a little a year out, but come convention time they'll get with the program. Under no circumstances can our history making POTUS be the Jimmy Carter of his era.
