Barbara Hershey is in one episode during a slumber party. Good stuff.

The Marley movie was really good. I was in Grade 7 or 8 when he died but had been a fan before. Amazing talent and had balls of steel. To take a bullet or several and still be able to go onstage all bandaged up. That's teddy Roosevelt style bravery.

dysfunctional friends.kind of typical black movie(yeah i know that sounds racist but i dont mean it like that) with the usual suspects casted in for a movie about a reunion of college friends brought together to get their friends inheritance.it has some funny moments and is actually written pretty well.lots of eye candy as well in the form of stacy dash,stacy kiebler,and megan good.id like to give them the adriano tretment at the same time.that aside this is an alright movie if you like the genre.



altered.this seems to be a straight to netflix movie about an alien invasion,shot on a low budget,yet is very watchable.the alien costumes and effects are done relatively well except for the shitty explosion at the end of the movie.the whole time watching it i wanted to know how it ended.give this one a try and you just might like it.



the secret.kind of a misplaced spirit/body switch movie that sucked my asshole.the fillipis and ice cream i was eating while watching was way more interesting.anyway a mother and daughter get in a car accident,the mom dies and inhabits the daughters body.sound interesting?yeah not really,so go fuck someone that doesnt care about you and then come home and cry.pass on this one.but do get some fillipis or your dad is gonna be caught at a glory hole someday.

They're hit and miss. Most of the appeal is in the perfect framing of gore. Seeing a hand get sliced in a Argento film is ten times creepier than seeing someone get dissected in a Hostel film, due to the pacing, editing, filtering, and framing of the shot. If you like spine-tingling, creepy gore more than gratuitous "violence for violence sake" you should check out some of the classics. Character and plot usually play second fiddle to audio and visual style. Italian horror is an aquired taste, but it'll fuck with your psyche more than most of the derived, hack-job bullshit of today's day and age of CGI and pointless shock.

Example:

Yeah Italian horror is at times creepy but sometimes nonsensical plot and dialog wise. Anything with Barbara Steele is worth watching though. She's very oddly beautiful.

the sitter.jonah hill works better as a chub and this movie shows that.hes really weird looking skinny,not unlike al roker(roker hit them gym and try to gain some muscle).chubs and twinks aside,this movie is really funny the first 45 mins or so,but altogether its worth watching.id almost say its like adventures in babysitting 2012 edition.i dont know the name of the mom but shes hot.so watch this on hbo or youll get an uncureable std.



a thousand words.now this is eddie murphy almost back in his 80s greatness.he plays someone who mostly just cares about making money but learns whats really important in life thanks to a magical indian and his tree.good laughs abound with a well written plot and you completely forget about the dr do little movies and the like.keep doing movies like this eddie.basically you should watch this.


the big lebowski.i never bothered watching this before and regret that.i think the movie kingpin mightve soured the idea of a movie with bowling in it for me.this movie has a great cast and great laughs.julianne moore naked in it too,if her being naked in boogie nights wasnt enough for you(which if youre a jerkmaster like me,then it wasnt).buy this on dvd or baby jesus will cry because how much of a piece of shit you are.

kill bill vol 2.i dont like this as much as the first one but its still a great movie.theres no reason why you shouldnt own both.i dont know if theyre still going to make kill bill 3 and 4(prequels to 1 and 2 that focus more on the pasts of the deadly viper assasination squad)but i think that they should.big problem is david carradine kicked the bucket and couldnt reprise his role as bill.anyway watch this if you love kung fu or action movies,and especially if you love both.if not someone might give you the five point palm exploding heart technique.

also dont forget to watch the deleted scene which is awesome.

it shouldnt have been cut out.im guessing it happens before bill drops off kiddo to train with pai mei.


thirteen ghosts.this is a pretty good movie overall.theres not really any boring part i can think of and the dvd extras also have background stories on each of the ghosts that were captured(which are audio with illustrations).they havent really made too many good scary movies as of late.this one falls in with the heyday of good ones from 99 to 04 or so.if only they found an excuse to have rah digga and shannon elizabeth topless in the same scene.oh well you still get treated to these plants:
