Haven't been to the grocery store yet but I decided to scrounge some lunch at home anyway. I opened the refrigerator and I took out some tortillas and the remains of a block of Jack cheese. I sliced the cheese thin, heated up a skillet, and prepared to make some simple quesadillas.

When I was in the frig I noticed I had a little mojo de ajo left, I make it to put on seafood. I said what the hell and drizzled a little of the oil on the cheese, before folding it over, and also put some of the garlic pieces on there as well. It's now going to be a standard ingredient when I fix quesadillas in the future.
