Technically everything we eat today (obviously) even from the earth now has carcinogenic properties. This article is a bit of a paranoid hype. You can take anything and be selective with facts to debunk it just as much vice versa.

I drink unpasteurized kombucha. Also, I had some pickled turnips today at Whole Foods. LOVE turnips in the winter time.
