It’s debatable, but when it comes to movies, games, music and now porn, things just look and sound better via Apple technology. Though HD & BluRay discs can be crystal if you're loyal, which is cool. Cue DVDS killed the video store, so all is fare in capitalism. Or is it? If you’re convinced PCs are better than Mac, better argue elsewhere. Lately, seems like I’m spending more & more time on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4, than on my old desktop pc or recent HP laptop. Tablets are the future of computing, so are smartphones, and where there are computers there will be porn.
When it cums to porn, why settle for less if you are paying for it? You generally gotta buy, if you like the good stuff. There's plenty of shoddy quality short teaser preview clips and tube uploads available out there for cheapskates without taste. If Take Down Piracy continues being successful, it’s only a matter of time before file sharing sites dwindle, too. Life is short, so why waste time surfing for lame free porn which can eventually lead to trojans, spyware, malware, viruses and stumbling across stuff where you'll need to break out the mind bleach. Who needs the hassle, if you care about quality, quantity and quickly, it's easier to pay for it if you are so inclined.

Sorry, I've got to disagree on a few (minor) points. No way does music sound better on Apple. Mp3s are pretty inferior to begin with and the default settings on Itunes are crap. I pretty much only buy vinyl these days. Also, nothing beats seeing a film in a theatre, as long as there are no babbling teens in the audience. The net is the natural medium for gonzo though, no argument there.

Marketed regurgitation aside, that's a lot of bullshit.
Apple doesn't have a lot of proprietary technology and makes a fair living selling standard components in their computers at a premium almost no one is able to ask for.
Their trinket market explodes because of the aura management, not superior hardware.
So, if anyone tries to sell streaming on an over-priced fruity trinket low performance device, they better believe that either downloaded scenes or Blu-Ray Discs is where the quality is to be found, not some heavily compressed blocked out artefact garbage. DRM failed in downloaded content and will fail in cloudy, lofty claims of technical advancement.
Yeah, paying for the good stuff is an option for those who want to. The rest is heavily saturating bandwidth with the best they can find. A lot is easily accessed and what the more naive minds don't get is that paying for an account of a DDL service could be a lot more fuck per buck. And malware is supposed to linger at the more prominent sites far away from porn or even a nipple. Jesus Christ.

Apple over priced, nah.

Here is a guy talking about the innards of an IPAD/IPHONE, minus the hard drive, and this little $25 board that a company is putting out. I do like the Ipad, but would never pay full price for one. And cloud computing, fuck that. If I pay for something, I want it physically in my possession, whether it is on an external HD or on a disc, then I don't have to pay a monthly fee.

Only slightly off-topic, I read recently that if the iPad 2 were made in the USA by non-suicidal laborers, it would cost about $1145.

I doubt it'd be that much, but you just pointed to the key aspect which makes all the Made In The USA cheering quite laughable. Especially in consumer electronics.

Actually, to be clear, I meant music creation. A Mac with Pro-Tools is dangerous. Plus, music appreciation is all about the headphones or the speakers. I recommend Bose or Beats by Dre.
I like vinyl but don't have a record player anymore. Analog is best. Movies are cool, but who wants to put up with people? Regarding photos, film rules if you can find a place to develop it. Plus, my iPhone is my digital camera now though the 5 mgp lens could be way better & it will be. Mp4 rules & I watch Blu-Ray on a laptop with a bd-drive. Don't get me wrong, I still strongly support DVDS.

Pro-Tools is available for PCs as well, I think. It relies on proprietary hardware cards which almost have nothing to do with the host computer. Or it was that way once.
Bose makes speakers which are okay for what they are; small and stylish. They're priced too highly when compared to other offerings by different companies in any case. I never heard their headphones or the Beats things. AKG headphones are really solid. BeyerDynamic and Sennheiser seem to be liked and praised a lot.

The chips might be produced in the USA, but are probably shipped to China for those suicidal kids inhaling various toxins to be assembled into whole products in their slave shifts.

Find me something that isn't made in China. Wal-Mart deserves more scorn than Apple or just about everybody else.
Technicalities aside, all I care is how it looks and sounds to me. It's subjective like art, that's the reality.

Bose gear looks good. Compare it to something with a regular speaker design in the same price range and get disappointed by the thin sound lacking almost anything the other, big boxes deliver.

Beats by Dre are the scam of the year. Hyped bottom and a lame response. The only good thing is the detachable cable. Take an source with 2 headphone outs and compare your beats to some Shure, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica ATM50's, or some Ultrasones.

Sennheiser is the way to go. The Germans know what they're doing.

^^^ Saw him in a new commercial just today for some type of sticky clean-up rollers. I know that guy. He is always very friendly when I run into him. What you can't see in those commercials, is that he has an eye that is partially closed all the time.
