First of all, let's make sure we are talking about the same person. You mean this girl, right?
If so, then YES her nationality may be Puerto Rican, but it is obvious she has African roots. I mean you know they brought us EVERYWHERE in the Americas, right?
So, she is a black Latino. Different culture -- perhaps. But still black. (and still beautiful, btw).
