1. Both his parents are African-American, African-<something>, or just straight up black Africans.

And why is her doing a mixed fellow not as good to you as her fucking a buck?
Because by fucking/committing to a man who cannot be mistaken for ANYTHING but black, a white girl is going "all in" so to say. She is truly accepting that person for the special individual he is and not buying into social pressure or stereotypes. This is a really cool white girl.
She can always rationalize away stuff with a mixed fellow, or with a guy who is so light-skinned as to nearly "pass" for white.
"Oh, he's only HALF black, " or "He's got a really diverse background," or "He's a Latino! Not a black guy!"
No, this proud white girl will stand up for her man.
"Yes, my boyfriend is BLACK. And he is wonderful. Any questions?"
