Oh, I actually do a great lasagna, if I do say so. I don't boil the pasta, which is a huge effort saver. Fresh homemade and frozen both have their place. When I'm sitting around the smoking table I'm not feeling kitchen creative. I'm more throw it in the oven and come get it later.
