I've seen some Turks in a pastry shop roll out some dough so thin and elastic looking, you would swore it was intestine. Then the roll up some spinach and cheese or meat and onions in it. The meat/onion variety tastes ok, but is like drinking a cup of sulfuric acid the damn heartburn it gives me.
