If my work computer was faster and capable of taking screecaps (when I hit printscreen the cursor flashes and absolutely nothing happens) then I would possibly start a thread dedicated to Bono's twitter. We can shame him into being a better person.
It's capturing. After the screen flashes open a picture editing program like Gimp and click "edit", "paste" "paste as new image" and your screencap will be displayed as a new file.
