Why don't cable/ dish providers offer ala carte (jondra, I'm guessing) channel selection? My girl and I were all wasted the other night and talking about that, because we're most dissatisfied with our provider. I'd love to dump many of the channels I get and get like E! or something else. You can substitute in a fucking Chinese joint, but not on tv? I'm thinking between Hulu and the other content choices that the providers will have to make some changes pronto.
