Jon Jones is the UFC light heavyweight champ (205lbs). He is a bit full of shit about himself, but he is a dynamic fighter.

Rashad Evans is a former LHW champ and current #1 contender. College wrestler, turned himself into a decent striker. He can throw a real boring fight, if he is inclined to take his opponent down and dry hump him until the ref stands them up.

Quniton "Rampage" Jackson is another former champ, he is the guy that played BA in the from what I hear, not worth seeing remake of the A-Team. Brawler and great on the mic. A real fan favorite.

Paul Daley is a black guy from England (does that count) that fights at 170. He has some broad shoulders for a little guy, that extra swing helps his knock mutha fuckers out. Helpless when taken down.

Cheick Kongo is a big sombitch, carved from granite, outta France (again, does that count). He is a heavyweight stand up fighter, about as out of his element on the ground as he would be in a swimming pool He is the gatekeeper of the UFC heavyweight division, young guys gotta go through him to get a fight w/ a Top 5 HW.

Only other notable off the top of my head is "King Mo" Muhammed Lawal. He was a former StrikeForce LHW champ, but really would be an un and comer in the UFC. Ground fighter, I think collegiate wrestling background.

There are some lesser known black MMA fighters too. Anthony Johnson, Demetrius Johnson, and of course WWE's Bobby Lashley, but he sucks.

If you wanna go with a Blasian, Ben Henderson is a tremendous fighter, and I think he might be getting the next Lightweight (155lbs) shot. High motor on this guy. Probably won't see a knock out, they aren't too common in the lighter weights, but with all the action in this guy's fights, you don't mind it going the distance.

Check out some of your people scrapping. It aint all Honkies and Zillians. None of the Japs really make it against the top tier fighters here. From what I hear they don't really cut weight, so they always go up against bigger opponents. Also, they fight in a ring over there, not a cage, makes a difference.

Almost forgot, the biggest black dude of them all, Alistair Overeem. Dude is a monster HW, going up against Brock Lesnar soon, winner gets a title shot. He is Dutch (does it count)and was Strikforce HW champ and K-1 Kick boxing champ. Again, horrible on the ground. It will be interesting where the UFC has him fight. In Japan, where he spent the majority of his career, they have no testing, and StrikeForce supposedly used to only have him fight where they had loose athletic commissions, because juice rumors were rampant after he made the leap from LHW to HW.
