Alrighty guys, I'm in the market to get some movie/tv watching done on the go.

What will give me a better selection if I'm mostly into indie cinema, arthouse flicks, documentaries, blacksploitation, and classic 70s gore flicks?

not sure since ive only used netflix but im guessing netflix.i checked out hulu on wikipedia and it says it has sundance and current but netflix is most likely the way to go.

I don't know, but anyone know where to watch Archer on the net? Saw it for the first time not long ago and shit was fucking hilarious.

Get both,Netflix for movies and some newish and popular TV series,and HuluPlus for up to date TV series and a variety of older flicks.

i looked at the hulu site yesterday and it sounds good but can you get current shows on ps3?shows like modern family,the middle,and the rest of abcs weds shows?

also yesterday i downgraded my fios and have basic cable but forgot i need fx,g4,and e.can i order these seperately?i tried but it said i cant order them through the box.these are really the only channels i watch outside abc,fox,hbo and the cooking channels.

Why don't cable/ dish providers offer ala carte (jondra, I'm guessing) channel selection? My girl and I were all wasted the other night and talking about that, because we're most dissatisfied with our provider. I'd love to dump many of the channels I get and get like E! or something else. You can substitute in a fucking Chinese joint, but not on tv? I'm thinking between Hulu and the other content choices that the providers will have to make some changes pronto.

The networks are bundled together and forced on the cable providers by the jew run media conglomerates that control the politicians who regulate the cable providers.

I just wish I could purchase my cable from who ever I chose. If I change electric companies, it is the same wires that power my house. So why can't I go to Comcast instead of Time Warner and have the same cables bring the shit into my home? Just gimme a fucking Comcast box.

i wish they would do that barry.im fine with basic cable and hbo.other than that i just need fx for sons of anarchy,the league,and wilfred.e for chelsea lately and g4 for attack of the show and xplay.i like the cooking channels too but not enough to get the whole package.

Mine makes you buy an extended package to get a DVR. I'm calling them next week to either downgrade or drop them for one of the dish companies. It's all the same bullshit in a different package to be sure. I'll be glad when a real alternative comes online.
