They kept getting complaints from military guys, because the billing company they used wouldn't accept American credit cards from IPs in Afghanistan and Iraq. To get around this, the site owner said, OK, post pics from where you are and he'd give you access. So they started posting nude army chicks, corpses, people fucking around in tanks, etc. Gubment came down HARD.
