And BDM since you don't know the term kiting it's from gaming. Imagine there is a huge boss monster you want to fight but it is gonna rip you up if you fight it in it's lair. Well what you do is kite it out. Go closer, get it mad at you then run away, then repeat. Once you kite it out of it's house it's time to gang up on it.

And it is pronounced like flying a kite.
