Hi all,
I was hoping you could give me some of your advice. I have been a recruiter for many years and to be honest, find it almost impossible to find hard working models these days. We are new and have been offering 65% of paid, 50% of tips and a personal blog built, and still cannot get models o sign up. I think alot of the problem is when they look on the site, it is not active because frankly, we just do not have enough models to be working throughout the day. I have posted on many forums, social networks ect..and just cannot find models to get us up and running. Anyone have any ideas for me? I hope you don't mind me posting here about this, but it seems as though many of you have years in the industry and may be able to share some idea.

I think I have the answer but you're not going to like it.

You are awful at self promotion. Re-read your post. Did you notice any egregious spelling/grammar errors? Yeah, fix those. You want to seem professional then write like a professional.

Also, and this is a biggie you didn't include a link to your site!

How is anyone supposed to give you any advice if we can't see what you have done so far?
