Imagine President Ron Paul. Axe and slash defence spending (maintained or often increased using patriotic nonsense and bafflegab). Libertarian policies. Free trade. Opposes the Patriot Act. Anti-capital punishment. Anti-bureaucracy. I disagree on his pro-life stance but so be it. If he had Romney's model good looks, more people would listen to him.
