Exactly why Ron Paul is un-electable, even though he's the only one with a clue. He is anti-Federal Reserve and he is anti Military Industrial Complex. He is a true Republican, not a neo con, which even Reagan was (god bless his friendly, clueless soul). If he ever did get elected, he would be air holed in a matter of weeks.

We are faced with 4 more years of Obama, and legislation based on the next scam (renewable energy loans), because Mr. Magic Underpants isn't going to get anyone to cross over party lines. As long as the Republican party is tied to an array of religious kooks, they will alienate too many voters.

Pro Gun, Pro Abortion. Too big to fail = too big to exist. Fold the IRS into the SEC and create a flat tax to get revenue from the "under the table" economy. It would kill off loop holes and put an emphasis on savings. Stop legal immigrants from working here long enough to collect Social Security, then returning to the homeland, so that money is spent here, and keeps our economy churning. And finally, force term limits down the throats of congress.
