I'm gonna say not being able to get and keep "wood" is, was, and will always be #1. Personal hygiene, and your attitude probably goes a long way. There are really not that many girls who operate at the level of a Kristina Rose, newer, lesser known, lesser popular girls have to take what they can get. Any mope in a storm? Is that a saying?
