Dunno what the hell Coke Durden is trying to say about the NFL. There are plenty of white QB 1st round busts to choose from, from Rick Mirer to David Carr to the crybaby SD drafted over Manning, etc. Joe Gibbs won the SB with 3 different QBs, including Williams, so it's about having the horses and coaching than some vapid Black vs. White bullshit. Jay Schroeder had a shit career after winning a SB, and Rypien was average at best.


Schroeder never won a Super Bowl. Theismann beat the Dolphins, Williams beat the Broncos, and Rypien beat the Bills.


Correct on Schroeder, although I think he started more games than Williams during the regular season.
