I think the theory that Meredith Kercher died after a drug-fuelled rape sounds like what probably happened with all 3 incarcerated people involved

The made-up stories and doctored "break-in" crime scene plus Amanda Knox buying bleach late on the night of the crime makes it very hard to believe Amanda is innocent

The truth will never be known but i believe she knows what happened .

All i get out of this is that if you want to kill someone do it over there or in france cause you will get a very leinient sentence if convicted .

If being a flaky liar were a crime, 97% of the whores in the valley would currently be behind bars. This is a case of a witch hunt style prosecution and anti-American sentiment in Italy.

I spent two weeks in a law seminar in Italy this last summer. Their legal system is beyond fucked, nothing would surprise me as far as how this or any case they try may end up.

Burlusconi was sued in or around 1975, involving the telecom company he's a part of and to date the case has still not been decided. Great country, great people, great food, not a great legal system.

Doubt it has much to do with anti-American sentiment since her boyfriend was Italian and he was convicted too. As Floofin says, the Italian legal system and cops are beyond corrupt and this fits into their MO, just check out the story of judge Falcone or the incompetence and cover-up around the Monster of Florence.

Amanda Knox is Guilty. Casey Anthony is innocent.

Casey Anthony on the other hand was proven to be Not Guilty. The evidence clearly showed she had nothing to do w/ her daughter's murder. A liar dosen't mean murder. Justice for Casey!!

I don't know how you can be anti american when you're in a european country and up to your eyeballs in africans and muslims.

Muslims are 1 percent of the population in Italy. Less than 2 percent are African. Not exactly up to your eyeballs.

Guilty or innocent, Amanda Knox certainly did her best to disrupt the investigation into the truth behind Meredith's murder with all her lies, including implicating a man who had nothing to do with it. Even if she is truly innocent, she is an evil selfish brat of a girl with no feeling for Meredith and her family and their pain and quest to know the truth

She was convicted on what she said during a 56 hour straight (no sleep) interrogation and DNA evidence that wouldn't be permitted in the biggest joke of a kangaroo court.

More than enough, though.
