If you can go through that much alcohol daily you're probably an alcoholic with some additional high resistance to pain pills. In this situation I would go to the local er, if you have insurance and have them dope you out. This is better handled by professionals.
From my experience, doctors can immediately spot drug & alcohol abusers and then they just won't give you any good pain meds. All they'll ever give me is Ibuprofen. Or, even worse, fucking Ultram. Then again, Ultram might not be that bad. It always puts me to sleep when it wears off.
