If you know anything about porn, I'm sure you've heard the term "shot out" which refers to a porn whore who has done a job on her body, performing various shoots, and taking various drugs during her time in the industry.
My understanding of the term is that it means the pw is over-exposed and no one wants to shoot them anymore. Point taken though.
