Doroteo_Arango: I actually have seen that film, although a long time ago. If you enjoyed that, you might want to peep this. I found it a little disturbing at times but the music is probably the most beautiful I've ever heard- and so too are some of the performances (no fancy). I'd probably kill to have the soundtrack.
BTW: this might be a stupid question, but do you know where I can buy some early Lucia Mendez soaps (preferably dubbed).

Funny you should link the theme song to Tu o Nadie because that's the very soap I'm looking for. Do you know if they're dubbed or subbed? Prefrably dubbed or subbed. I watched a couple of others like Los ricos también lloran and Rosa salvaje but I don't think I'd really care to watch them again. I think Veronica Castro was very strokeworthy back in the late 80s and early 90s.
Did you ever watch The Guilt? That was the most ridiculous show with some of most contrived acting I've ever seen.

You need to start watching India soap operas...whenever someone says anything vaguely shocking, you get a crack of lightning sound effect, then multiple high speed whip-pans or zoom-ins of every character in the scene reacting, both left and right with a kind of whooshing sound effect. Added to this is the constantly bizarre and totally needless camera moves, as if the cameraman is tweaking throughout the shoot. It's like it was directed by the people who did Max Headroom, while they were on a massive speed binge. Suffice to say, if you are epileptic or suffer from any kind of seizures or vertigo, this stuff is guaranteed to set you off! A little example

Amazing film. Probably as good, if not better, than Forbidden Sins with the exception of Kim Greene's disturbing flat chest.
There's only on Shannon that matters in the softcore 'Erotic Drama/Thriller' genre, and that's Shannon Whirry!

Watched "Almost Famous" last night on OnDemand...
It has probably been my favorite movie since I saw it in the theater when it came out. I honestly think I fall in love with Kate Hudson everytime I watch it.

Girl Boss Revenge aka Sukeban (1973)Supposedly this is the 4th part of a series, I couldn't tell. 1970's Japanese degeneracy usually works for me and this was no exception.

If you want the quintessential football hooligan flick, then you should check out 'The Firm' with Gary Oldman. Directed by Alan Parker, no less...

That double DVD with the original version of 'Elephant' is a sweet deal...they played both versions of 'Elephant' back to back on TV a little while back. There's just a whole sequence of people just turning up somewhere and shooting someone, no dialogue whatsoever. Also, it should be noted that both movies were directed by Alan Clarke, not Alan Parker as I previously suggested.

Yeah I love that flick and also Green Street Hooligans which I believe stars a hobbit
Yes, Frodo is a Hammer (West Ham United fan), joining other showbiz luminaries such as Russell Brand, Peta Todd, Steve Harris of Iron Maiden, John Cleese, Keira Knightley, and of course their number one fan Ray Winstone...which I would guess also means both his daughters are Hammers too. Oh, and some bloke called Barack Obama too, apparently.
Also, while we're on the subject of football hooligans, you might also want to check out 'Cass', the biopic of Cass Pennant who was a key member of West Ham's notorious ICF or 'Inter City Firm'. He writes books on football hooliganism and acts as a consultant now, and I'm pretty sure Frodo met up with him in preparation for his role in 'Green Street' (as it is known over here), and Pennant has a cameo role in 'Green Street' too, no less.

I saw 'Green Street...' before it was publically released. It was just called Holligans back then. Awesome movie. Great adrenalyne rush and, for you girls, some hot ass motherfuckers in there.

I thought he was going to skewer him more then he did.....But he was more gentler to daddy (Bush 41/I)...did a little conspiratory theory on Iraq (2) but I was left with what everyone knows today.....
Can’t really put an ending to a "sitting (LAME in more ways then one) Duck" president. Although he made him out to look more "foolish" then any other person in the Bush family. BTW….WhereTF is Jeb Bush? He’s the last of ‘em……I suppose waiting till Barrack gets elected….doesn’t deliver on what he promised……does not get re nominated by his party in 2012…..thus giving this prognosticator a ticket of R- BUSH Jeb vs. D-CLINTON Hillary……and just when you thought thrill rides at theme parks were fun……I can’t wait!
Don’t go there……I already know would make for seriously shitty film critic.

Today:
1. First Born (2007) - Don't waste money on this one. Disappointment all over
2. Wild Seven (2006) - This was a great and rather short (80 mins.) flick. Nice soundtrack, decent story & acting. Great camerawork. Recommended!

I watched "The Pianist" tonight with Adrien Brody. Really good movie. Highly recommended.
Probably the best movie I've ever scene that was directed by a child rapist. (except for maybe a Skeeter Kerkove movie)

Bond 8: AKA: Live and Let Die...Roger Moore classic first attempt at the role Ian Fleming penned. It gave thousands of pseudo drug dealers the chance to learn the first hit is FREE….then the next one will be your mortgage payment! I also only hold it in high regard since the producers Broccoli and Saltzman. Allowed Wings to do the title song. Another one of those songs that has been forever covered and used in karaoke bars endlessly.

Another two today:
1. Captivity (2007) - Meh. This could have been done much, much better. Story was OK, but everything else mediocre. Except Elisha Cuthbert, who has very nice tits.
2. The Hoax (2006) - This was nice. Not outstanding, but entertaining. Somewhat based on true events; Wiki has a whole page dedicated to it. If you have time, watch it. Gere is in good shape and Alfred Molina has a great supporting role.

Just finished watching a bootleg of Pineapple Express. The quality was pretty poor but it was pretty funny. Still preferred Superbad and Knocked Up, though.
