Reparations have already occurred , as was stated earlier.
But for argument's sake, if it was on the table, how would the money get handed out? How black would you have to be? Would black folk who emigrated to the US get a piece, or only those who could trace their heritage back to slavery? I'm actually kinda curious about this. And would teh US be one-and-done? I mean, once the blacks blew through all the money on rims and big screens, would affirmative action and all that other bullshit be gone?
