My complaint was only forwarded to franchisee and not the consultant. I was also hoping to get some free coupons for free meals, but I guess that they don't send them out anymore.

They didn't send me any free shit either. Apparently I have to go to the location, ask for a manager, and maybe they'll comp the meal. Fuck that. Requires too much work for something that isn't a sure thing.

Back when I was really into guns I used to buy 100 count winchester whitebox 9mm rounds at Walmart that is about 20 miles from house. I went in and they were sold out. It was the only purpose to the trip there. I asked the assistant manager when they would get more in. He told me they would get a shipment in 3 days. The next time I called before I went and was told the ammo was in stock. I drove out there and they didn't have them. I asked again and was told they would be in on the next shipment the following week. I went back the next week and still no bullets. I got pissed. I didn't care that they didn't have but I was pissed that they kept telling me they would be in and the lie on the phone about them being in stock. I wrote an e-mail to Walmart corporate about the experience, my travel time, fuel costs and dissatisfaction with being lied to. I got a call from a regional manager who told me that 6 boxes(600 rounds) would be in the store for me. When I went to the store the store manager handed me the 6 boxes of rounds and a 50 dollar gift card and apologized profusely. The assistant manager I talked to originally was leaving the store the same time I was. He was pissed and thanked me for getting him fired.

Yep, it was you that made him shitty at his job. Pass the buck, its the American way.
