Visa gift cards cost about an extra 5 bucks no matter how much is on them. Only a fool would pay 30 bucks so they can spend 25. And there is no debit card option and I still wouldn't use a debit card to PAY for something that is FREE. That is the issue here, things that are free aren't supposed to cost a damn thing.

I appreciate the advice but it glosses over the issue of "free".
