This left me speechless at first. I don't have much to say these days but I do ponder why does it often seem as though it has to be religion for people to just move on with their lives.
We're obviously here to learn. There are reasons why we take certain paths in life. Whether you choose religion or have some other "ah ha" moment that urges one to leave the industry; why not embrace your past and allow it to be a part of what has made you who you are today. To not do so is denying a big chunk of who you are.
Last but not least, everyone comes to forks in the road where we take that particular path where we see fit. I'm not quite sure why anyone who has found themselves via religion sees the logic in trying to get others to follow. When their time arrives they'll follow suit in their own way. You just gotta back off and let things happen naturally. And that applies to everything.
I'm not sure what my motive really was by posting this but I feel better now. I'm done damn it!
You didn't come close to turning to the lord to help find strength through your trying time of dealing with fake cancer?
