C'mon, man. I expected better from you. The word has its "power" because there are actual evil acts associated with the word. And conjuring up the word validates and legitimizes those who participated in these acts.

No. The word has it's power to offend because people are offended. If people were not offended, they wouldn't use the word since they only use it because it does damage their intended victims.

There are many Jews I know who would ERUPT at the words "kike" or "hebe" or "Christ killer". They have NO power such over me.

And, if the word that offends you conjures up the evil you claim, then start with your own. Black people shouldn't use it either.

Certainly, the N-word in one form or another is much more common to be used by a black than a white.

I accepted long ago that there are people who hate me and even want me dead simply for my birth into a successful religious clan which doesn't see concede to whatever their religious monopoly.

You hear the N-word or whatever and it brings to mind mindless, unjust, atrocities. I hear this or words against me and it bring to mind, "what a sad, pathetic ignoramus."

I've had people say all kinds of nonsense about my group they hoped would be hurtful. But, I disappointed them.

I don't let ignorant losers control my emotions with their calculated hate word formulas.
