I know it doesn't make any difference in the long run, but after watching this case as it began for a week or so, I totally tuned out. With thousands of stories being filed every day by reporters, it starts to feed on itself. Or let me put it this way: I don't know of any case like this where thousands of hack journalists and photogs made things
better. So it's pointless, but I don't pay any attention unless there's some point of law which seems interesting, like the holes poked in Colorado's rape shield law in this one.
