You are right. Tube sites don't produce the content. All they do is steal it or allow it to be uploaded by "users." My point is that the government convicted Max under the ruse of distribution of obscenity when in reality it cared little about either. The content is still distributed....and nothing happens. If it was obscene when Max put it out, when did it become not obscene?
My memory is funny on this, and correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Max's content tangible, physical media as opposed to a digital transmission, like Tube Sites?
You might as well get off of the Tube Pirate horse. It's Lo Res porn, streamed to the lowest demand of your product. It's a by-product or even an extension of the 30 second bites that were used to lure potential customers to sites that weren't worth the subscription. Don't blame Pirates. Blame poor Webmasters who can't lock down a site with your content attached. Brazzers upped it a notch and has 3 minute bites instead of 30 second ones. Tube viewers aren't demanding. All they need is 5 minutes of a 20 minute scene they wouldn't have purchased anyway, and probably wouldn't care enough to buy it in the first place, much less be exposed to it without a Tube site.
