The address provided, before a mod changed it to protect the Donkey, was not only used for an escort service (lead whore tied to Donkey), but the Donkey also listed that as the business address of his Smilin' Islands House Boat Rentals business, and later used it as the home address for his storage unit rental. It is an address of significance to the jackass.
