There is a square blue box 5 symbols from the left of the "Post:" of a full reply.

If you hover you mouse over it, it should say "Enter a Media Tag."

When you click on it, you get options for Google, MySpace, Yahoo and YouTube.

Click on the one you want and just enter the link.

It does the coding for you.
