There was a family re-union down in VA. They sent me up a half gallon of corn liquor with strawberries in it. The strawberries leeched out all their color and they absorbed a good bit of alcohol. Eating a strawberry is like doing a shot. I got a good buzz going now...I'll most likely be blind in the morning.

The guy up the street from me hooks me up every so often. He's pretty sketchy about where it comes from, but it's pretty good stuff.

Funny you should mention the 'shine. I came into possession of a quart of nectarine from the hills of North Carolina. It's actually readily available around here, just kept quiet. And it is good shit these days, no more car radiator crap.
