"I met Justin Credible at a show several years ago and he claimed Savage was banging Stephanie in the summer of 94. Steph was 17 1/2 and the legal age of consent is 16 and Vince did not know about it till almost 7 years later therefor it would be hard for it to hold up in court if Vince were to press charges.
