i'm not sure there's one definitive answer to that question. i always figured it was the sum of an equation based on factors like arrests, od's, ir scenes, shitting on someone, posting here, scenes with kurt lockwood(or porno dan), scenes with your mom, having charin as a fan,etc...

of course the pink sock would be an instant and immediate qualifier.
