Maybe, maybe not. Lots of whores have filmed a scene or 10, the go back to Battle Creek, Mich or wherever and go on with whatever their life course is. Doing a scene doesn't make one a "star". Just because you have a SAG card and played Frightened Cellmate #3 in American Me, you're not exactly a celeb.

To paraphrase Bill Caustigan, people rise and fall in America. The person you are at 35 is a lifetime away from the person you are at 19. Don't underestimate the power of working hard to make bad memories go away.
