Uuuuh, yeah it did. Your average cook now doesn't cook much extra to sell, only what he needs for him self. And the price of your lab type crystal doubled.

In general, the part time user went from paying $200/8ball of home cooked to $100/0.5g of the high octane, if you can even find it.

This is all about my corner of the world. If you are 10 miles from the Mexican border, sure, you can probably still get it cheap.
