Heh, radar... So WWII.
The UH-60 Black Hawks used were the custom built stealth mods which hide from radar. Are you suggesting the military used them just to provide a plausible deny for Pakistan and so intentionally junked one?
A conspiracy theory is born every minute, but yes, the black quiet radar evading helicopter is real.
