I would say it's about it's about Donny believing his own bullshit about being the savior of the industry. I would say it's about say it's about Donny trying to "drive out" the people he feels drove him out of the industry, the fact that he failed out of porn on his own notwithstanding.

I would also say that Donny's anticipation of driving people out of the industry fits the statutory definition of "material benefit." As for his associates, well, someone's trying to make coin off that site.
