I mean, I think it's completely appropriate to say "[insert stage name] is a whore who sucks great cock," or "I don't like how that whore fucks." I don't think it's ok to say, "[legal name] is nothing but a whore who deserves what's coming to her, that fucking whore bitch." The last one is malicious. The first one is just a rude phrase for a rude business, nothing weird.
