Oh, I don't doubt that the lawsuits will do little to no good and that the feds probably aren't really interested. There was some sort of breach of the AIM database for sure, otherwise the people who only tested there but didn't do any shoots wouldn't be on the list. Not to mention there was some guy who said he's on the list with the name he only used at AIM and nowhere else. But WHY go through all this trouble to out the whole industry if they have nothing against it? If it had been about the gays, it would have stayed about the gays. I'm thinking they either want to run the whole industry out of town - some nutjob religious group maybe? - or they just want the publicity - but I really don't think they're making that much money off the site. They've done a good job hiding behind their keyboards. But they're not untouchable. Someone will find a way to get at them, the question is who. [sits back, grabs popcorn]
