I don't think the lawsuit is about being outed. It's about being harrassed. And there was also talk of extortion, because of their whole thing of basically saying "do what we tell you or we'll fuck with you." The lawyer is also looking for people who've lost jobs because of this to try seek damages (though I agree that would be a pretty weak case). I see your point but isn't there a reason they use stage names when they refer to themselves as whores? It's not illegal to call someone names, but it's certainly not pro-porn. I especially find their "help us keep the porn industry open" banner hilarious. Between this leak and AIM being shut down, there are not going to be nearly as many people getting into the industry. I'm really curious to know what their agenda really is. I don't think it's as simple as revenge.
