At what level of evil do they start referring to your home as a compound? I think it's 10+ kills, and you have to have a group of henchmen who praise you and do your bidding.

Then there is a hierarchy of home names. I think this is based on what force is required to take you out:

Assault team = Compound.
Army = Fortress/Stronghold/Bunker
James Bond = Island Compound, or possibly a moonbase.
Superhero = Evil Lair.

Also I think the jumping off point for being truly evil is when you have a really badass pet animal, or control over animals.
